The Lady Timberwolves have dealt with injuries all season and it didn't get any easier today as they fell to North Country after being forced to play down a player for a significant portion of the second half after seeing two members of the team leave the game. North Country was able to find the back of the net 5 times over the course of the game, but it could have much worse. Goal Keeper Kaylee Coon has been embattled all season as she has now collected over 20 saves in two consecutive matches. Several of those saves were extraordinary and turned away sure goals, including one save snatched from the foot of an attacker and another diving effort to her right to deflect the ball just beyond the goal post. Lauren Vetter was the most active offensive player as she peppered the goal, but couldn't find pay dirt.
The Timberwolves next play Hudson Valley at home on Wednesday.
