TROY, NY —
SUNY Adirondack Baseball dropped the second game of its road doubleheader against nationally ranked Hudson Valley Community College, falling 14–4.
Defensive struggles proved costly for the Timberwolves, as seven errors contributed to Hudson Valley's offensive surge. Despite the final score, Adirondack showed some fight at the plate, putting together four runs against a tough opponent.
Patrick McKinley led the way offensively with two RBIs, continuing his strong stretch at the plate. Lucas Crystal and Charlie Gendron each added an RBI to account for the Timberwolves' scoring on the day.
SUNY Adirondack will look to clean up defensively and regroup moving forward as they continue their season.
