MacDougall Moves Up to 16th at NJCAA National Championship
JAMESTOWN, N.Y. —
SUNY Adirondack golfer Mason MacDougall continued his impressive performance at the NJCAA Golf National Championship on Wednesday, carding a second-round 76 at Chautauqua Golf Club to move into 16th place nationally.
After opening the tournament with a 77 in Round 1, MacDougall improved his position on the leaderboard with another consistent round against one of the strongest fields in junior college golf. Through two rounds of competition, he remains firmly in contention with two rounds still to play.
Competing against many of the nation's top NJCAA golfers, MacDougall has represented SUNY Adirondack well on the national stage, displaying both consistency and resilience throughout the opening rounds of the championship.
The NJCAA National Championship continues through the week at Chautauqua Golf Club in Jamestown, New York, with MacDougall looking to continue his climb up the leaderboard.
